Kimpton Hotels has something called a ‘secret password’, basically you say the password when you check out for some free goodies. The fee varies from hotel to hotel, and you may have to repeat the phrase to a manager if the front desk staff gives you a strange look. Often you will choose your freebie from a bowl or they will also have a wheel to spin. The current secret password is “No shadow” and valid for stays up to date.
