Our verdict
Previously this was a 35% discount, up to $100. But that offer was targeted and this seems to be available to everyone. I think if you see the offer on the site and you have a qualifying business it makes sense to sign up as there is no guarantee you will ever be eligible for the up to $100 rebate. Other people may prefer to wait.
