American Express just added one New second free credit on Delta cardsbut at the same time they also introduced a new $120 credit. The credit varies somewhat by card, for example on Gold cards the benefit is not active until you have paid for your card renewal as the terms say:
Enrollment through American Express is required to receive this benefit and is available beginning 12 months from the date of card account opening.
In Platinum & Reserve, that language does not appear to be present and the terms say:
Registered Basic Cardmembers can earn up to $10 in statement credits per month each year when the Basic Card or Add-on Cards on the registered Eligible Card account are used to make eligible purchases in the US with the following rideshare services: Uber, Lyft, Curb and Alto, which are subject to change. Eligible purchases may be made by both the registered Base Card Member and any Additional Card Member on the registered Qualifying Card Account. However, the total amount of statement credits for eligible purchases will not exceed $10 per month (for a total of $120) in statement credits per calendar year, per eligible card account on file.
The credit is split into 12 $10 credits, one per month unfortunately. THESE cards currently have increased bonuses of up to 125,000 miles.
