Update 6/25/26: Some readers report being charged for a partial month ($55) due to a glitch in the way their system calculates cancellation: they consider the date they send you the cancellation email back as the cancellation date, not the date you actually canceled. And so if you cancel on a weekend and you cancel on Monday because they’re not in the office, they consider it prorated.
