Update 3/19/26: It has been noted that CONDiTiONs clearly state that the Price Match Guarantee is available for the Sapphire Reserve consumer and business card. It may not be live on the consumer card yet as it is currently only appearing on the login on the business card version. Please let us know if anyone tries to file a claim for the consumer version.

Chase has added a price match guarantee for hotel reservations made on Chase Travel hotel reservations made with the Sapphire Reserve for Business card. This includes Edit Hotel Collection bookings.
- You must submit a claim within 24 hours
- Request must be for at least $5
- The stay must be at least one day away
For example, if you see that the Chase portal charges more than Expedia or Priceline, you can book on Chase and match the lower price.
This is great for those who use their annual hotel credits on the Sapphire Reserve for Business card, and also for those who use the Points Boost redemption option for hotels on the card.
Hopefully the Sapphire Reserve personal card will get this matching feature as well.
