Tracked for me buying a $40 Flip 2. They also charge a $35 activation fee up front, so $75 minimum. With surcharges and tax my final bill was $86.31. It asked me to choose a wireless plan but didn’t charge me for it and I didn’t have to activate my new phone for it to track. You don’t really have to, the only requirement is to buy a device.
$53.69 money maker plus a free device I think. Not everyone will have the Capital One offer.
