McDonald’s has announced that starting 5/4 the MyMcdonald’s rewards program will change.
- 1500 points: Hash Browns, Apple Pie, Small Premium Roast Coffee or more.
- 2000 points: McChicken®, Cheeseburger or Sausage Biscuits.
- 3500 points: Medium Fries, Sausage Burrito, 6 pcs. Chicken McNuggets®, Large Iced Coffee or Sausage McGriddles®.
- 4000 Points: Get $3 OFF Your Order (New)
- 5,000 points: Large Fries, Sausage McMuffin® with Egg, Filet-O-Fish®, Large Frappé or Dessert.
- 7,000 Points: Big Mac®, Quarter Pounder®^ with Cheese, Happy Meal®, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuits, 10 pcs.
That’s just a huge understatement across the board. For example, the 2000-point tier was previously only included in the 1500-point tier. The 3500 point tier used to cost 3000 points, the 5000 point tier cost 4500 points, and the 7000 point tier used to be 6000 points. Starbucks launched a new rewards program earlier this year, Panera also made changes AND Metro destroyed its schedule.
