It will be cancelled, but you might as well try. The terms say:
For new Home Internet customers who activate/install and maintain eligible Fios 2 Gig/Fios 1 Gig/5G Home Ultimate/LTE Home Plus service in good standing for 14 days and use the offer on Samsung.com w/in 60 days thereafter. Redemption terms apply. If service is canceled within 180 days, Verizon will refund the value of the promotional device.
So I suspect they might just charge you the full value after 180 days. Probably not worth the risk as you have to enter credit card details.
