American Express has announced plans to open its first lounge in mainland China at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA). It should be noted that Shanghai Pudong (PVG) is the main international hub with JSC mainly supporting regional/domestic travel in China.

- Located on pre-security level 21m of Terminal 2 (access to dedicated security control for floor 21m lounges)
