Bank of America new Preferred Rewards program it’s live now. like noted in the original post, a broadcast credit was added to the new program. Now we have the full details:
- Honors Preferred Tier ($100k in assets) gets up to $8 in credits. Premier Tier ($1 million + assets) receives up to $15 in credits.
- Streaming credits are valid on:
- Paramount+
- Sirius XM
- WSJ
- The Economist
- You must have a BofA checking account – you must use your debit card to pay for any of these subscriptions in order to receive the credit.
- This benefit requires activation.

As discussed in the original post, the new Bank of America Preferred Rewards program as well includes a big discount for those at the $100,000 level in credit card rewards which will take effect sometime in 2027-2028 (varies by member).
