Our verdict
We just saw a $1,500 spend offer after $15,000. Considering the card earns 2% cash back, this offer is significantly better although I think not everyone can meet that spending requirement. Capital One attracts all 3 offices for applications. Look These things you need to know about Capital One credit cards. Spark card version is reported to the credit bureaus (only the Plus version is not reported).
