There are now three newsletter options that you can subscribe to (for free) and receive e-mails.
Immediate
You will receive an e-mail every time a new post is made. There will still be some lag, so if you want true instant alerts, it’s better to set up a custom solution using the RSS feed. The delay should be about 30 minutes, sign up below.
daily
You will receive an e-mail at 9:30 AM ET with the entire list and brief description of the previous days posts. Register below.
weekly
These are slightly different from the above in that they are not automated. You basically only get the “Last Week’s Best Posts” post as an e-mail, you can see examples of them here. Register below
