Our verdict
It’s common to see high cashback rates on VPN purchases, but never seen above 100%. Some people have trouble tracking and paying Topcashback, so keep that in mind. It probably wouldn’t make the deal just for the extra cash back, but it could come in handy if you need a VPN.
