Update 5/24/26: Check your AmEx Offers section for an upgrade offer to change Blue Cash Everyday to Blue Cash Preferred and get $150 back after spending $1,000 within 6 months, plus $95 annual fee waived for the first year. Also interesting: some people are seeing upgrade offers for other cards on the same link, such as Amex Everyday > Everyday Preferred. - They will also receive a $150 credit after spending $1,000 within the first 6 months.
Others are only seeing $75 in statement credit. And some aren’t getting the annual fee waived.
Our verdict
The offer link only partially works for me – it shows the $75 bonus but not the $95 fee waiver. Personally, I’d go for a $150 deal or $75 with a waived annual fee.
