Our verdict
The expected value from the prediction market up to $500 is $25.05. Perpetuals allows you to trade whether the price of a specific cryptocurrency is going up or down, more info here. As mentioned at the top of the post, we don’t get any commission for this, Kalshi will donate directly our charity partner (we don’t even receive funding as they handle the donation directly). They will donate the following amounts when requirements are met:
- $100 trade donation with $50 more in perpetuals
- $50 donation for trading $50 more in prediction markets
It is worth noting that some shopping portals offer larger sign-up bonuses for new users (eg gemsloot is $40 AND Upromise is $36) so if you don’t care about the donation angle at all, then those are the best deals. Obviously there is risk here, so don’t sign up if you’re sensitive to such things.
