USAA has launched a new credit card called the ‘Eagle Adapt™ Credit Card’ which offers the following:
- No annual fee
- Sign up $200 bonus after $1000 spent within 90 days of account opening
- 0% APR for 15 months on purchases and balance transfers, 5% balance transfer fee
- 3% cash back on your first $3,000 in quarterly combined purchases in the following categories:
- grocery
- Food
- Home Improvement and Home Furnishing
- Gas and electric vehicle charging stations
- Travel
- in transit
- Health and well-being
- Entertainment and live streaming services
- 1% cashback on all other purchases
Our verdict
It’s rare to see a card that doesn’t offer an annual fee, 0% APR, a sign-up bonus, and a somewhat interesting earning rate. It’s a shame the card has a balance transfer fee, but it should still be useful for some people assuming the card’s limit is high enough and you can avoid overspending. Membership is limited. We will add this to the List of new credit cards for 2026.
